Although Vice President JD Vance was anticipated to head the American delegation for Pakistan, he has since stayed put in Washington, DC after Iran refused to react to the new negotiation stance presented by America due to an attack on one of their cargo ships, which has in turn raised their intention to retaliate against the United States.
